About Us:

Scenthound is a fast growing, national franchise organization that delivers hygiene and wellness services for dogs through a membership model. Our local group, Scenthound DMV owns 5 locations in MD and VA with more on the way.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have a passion for social media, grassroots marketing, event coordination, and partnership networking, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement a Marketing Plans: Work with leadership to establish a plan and budget to generate sales leads, expand brand awareness, and promote a positive brand identity
Social Media Advertising: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns aligned with Franchise provided content, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google ads. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and promote events that align with our brand, including managing logistics, creating marketing materials, and driving attendance.
Partnership Networking: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, influencers, and community organizations to expand our network and increase visibility.
Grassroots Marketing: Develop and implement grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
In Scenter Branding: ensure our brand is accurately represented at each location including signage, promotion materials, sales collateral, and uniforms.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, including experience optimizing social media ads.
Proven track record in grassroots marketing, event coordination, and partnership networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
