About the Role
As a General Manager of Sales and Service, you will be responsible for driving memberships and other sales, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do
· Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs
· Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
· Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness
· Ensure a safe and positive experience for customers, team members and dogs
· Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence

Position Skills and Requirements:
- Membership or other sales experience (gym, studio, salon, etc.)
- Management experience
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication with team members and dog parents
- Leadership, coaching, mentorship - be the leader of our pack!
- Outgoing, proactive and coachable
- Accountability; hold oneself and others to a high quality of services
- Recruiting, hiring and other management duties, and creating a happy and effective team
- Service-oriented with problem solving, time management and scheduling skills and attention to detail
- Computer/technology proficiency
- Strength to lift larger dogs if needed; stamina to stand for long time periods
