About the Role
Are you a people person and a dog person? As a Sales Associate, located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support.This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable and good at multi-tasking. We believe in career development and top performers in this role have advancement opportunities. This position also participates in receiving tips.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
- A love for dogs
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
- Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow
- Retail, restaurant, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
- Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
- Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs
- Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
