About the Role
The Scenter Manager is responsible for the daily operations and performance of the Scenter. This includes driving membership growth, leading and developing the team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring the health and safety of every dog in our care.
This is a working leadership role — you will be actively involved with the team, clients, and dogs every day.

- Drive membership sales through client education on dog health and hygiene
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Scenter employees
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns
- Maintain high standards of dog safety and wellness practices
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as:
- Membership growth
- Average ticket price
- Rebook ratio
- Labor efficiency
- Create an environment of teamwork, accountability, and positivity
- Maintain operational excellence and adherence to Scenthound standards
Who You Are
We’re looking for a confident leader who brings energy, accountability, and compassion to the team. Successful candidates typically have experience in:
- Membership-based sales environments
- Retail management
- Fitness studio leadership (Orangetheory, F45, etc.)
- Restaurant or hospitality management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales or consultative selling experience preferred
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
