Non-negotiables: confidence selling + a genuine love of dogs. If you don't have both, this isn't your role - and that's okay, but please don't apply if you're missing one of these two.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Turn walk-ins and leads into members by educating dog parents on health & wellness services
- Own your numbers - average ticket price, upsells and rebook ratio are your scoreboard
- Follow up on new leads (this is where the real money is)
- Run the front desk: phones, scheduling, customer profiles, cash drawer
- Keep the lobby sharp and welcoming - first impressions matter
The Fine Print:
- Computer/tech comfort required (you'll use our scheduling & POS systems daily)
- Time-management skills: you're juggling a full lobby and a full schedule
- Accountability: we hold high standards and expect you to hold yourself to them too
