Scenter Manager – Scenthound

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Scenter Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Scenthound center. This is more than a management role. You’ll be the person who brings the team together, creates an exceptional member experience, and makes sure every dog and their owner leaves feeling cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of dog-loving professionals
- Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace
- Oversee daily center operations and ensure a consistently great member experience
- Build strong relationships with members and their dogs
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance
- Monitor Scenter performance, sales, and operational goals
- Help create a clean, safe, welcoming environment for dogs, members, and employees
- Jump in wherever needed—because great leaders lead from the front
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating people
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Previous leadership or management experience
- A love of dogs is a must!

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
